About Us

The founder, James J. Sineath, has over 30 years of lending experience and opened S.C. Mortgage Company in 1997. He has a B.S. from The Baptist College (Charleston Southern University). He resides in Summerville with his wife Linda. His favorite hobby is flying his Piper Cherokee 235 airplane on the weekends.
